Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”, the Turkish data protection law), your personal data is processed as described below by ATS Racing Otomotiv (“ATS Mapping”) in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity: first and last name (and, for dealers, the name of the authorised representative).
• Contact: e-mail, phone, country/address information.
• Customer Transaction: order, request, service history and vehicle information.
• Financial: billing information, dealer current-account and payment records.
• Transaction Security: account/session records, IP address, logs and device/access information.
• Marketing (if applicable): newsletter subscription and your preferences.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating and verifying membership and managing accounts,
• Providing, tracking and invoicing services and orders,
• Carrying out customer/dealer support processes,
• Ensuring information and transaction security, preventing misuse,
• Fulfilling legal obligations (financial, commercial, etc.),
• Sending informational/marketing communications where you have given consent.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:

• Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations,
• Establishing, exercising or protecting a right,
• Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
• Your explicit consent where required (e.g. marketing, transfers abroad).

5. Data Transfers

Your data is shared, only to the extent necessary, with our service providers — such as cloud infrastructure, e-mail delivery, payment and hosting providers — for the purpose of providing the service, and with legally authorised public institutions/organisations where required.

Transfers abroad: the servers of some of the infrastructure/service providers we use (e.g. cloud database and authentication, e-mail service) may be located abroad. 6. Collection Method

Your data is collected electronically through membership and order forms, use of the panel, e-mail/phone communication, and automatic system records (logs, cookies).

7. Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statute-of-limitations/retention periods set out in applicable legislation (e.g. periods prescribed for commercial and financial records); at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Cookies

9. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your data is being processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request its deletion or destruction once the conditions for this are met,
• To request that correction/deletion be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

10. How to Apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing to mapping@atsracing.com.tr or to our postal address given above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the KVKK and applicable legislation.

11. Data Security

Administrative and technical measures such as access control, encryption, authorisation and logging are applied to protect the security of your data. Nevertheless, please note that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
