Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the atsmapping.com website and related digital services (“Platform”) operated by ATS Racing Otomotiv (“ATS Mapping”, “we”).

Any individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform, registers as a member, or requests a service (“User”) declares that they have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• User: an individual customer or dealer using the Platform.
• Dealer: a corporate business partner approved by ATS Mapping.
• Service: ECU software optimisation, fault diagnostics and related technical solutions.
• Account: the panel the User accesses after e-mail verification and approval.

3. Description of Services

ATS Mapping mainly provides services in the following areas:

• Performance software (Stage 1/2/3) and ECU optimisation,
• Fault diagnostics, reading/clearing fault codes and repair support,
• Software solutions for DPF/OPF, EGR and AdBlue (SCR) systems,
• Immobiliser, key cloning and related technical procedures,
• Custom vehicle projects and consulting.

The scope, price and duration of the Services may vary depending on the vehicle and the request; ATS Mapping reserves the right to decline requests it does not deem technically appropriate.

4. Membership and Account

Membership must be created with true and up-to-date information. Your e-mail address must be verified after registration; dealer accounts are additionally subject to ATS Mapping's approval. Unapproved or suspended accounts may not be able to access the Services.

You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. The User is responsible for all transactions carried out through their account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access.

5. Order and Service Process

Requests submitted through the panel are processed once approved by ATS Mapping. Valid billing information may need to be defined in your profile in order to place an order. Estimated delivery/ processing times are for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

6. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are collected at the time of order, or according to the payment terms defined for dealers. Dealer current-account balances and payment due dates are shown in the panel. Prices may be updated without prior notice; however, the price of an already-confirmed order does not change.

7. User Obligations

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• To use the Platform only for lawful purposes,
• Not to attempt to damage the system or breach its security,
• Not to infringe the rights of third parties,
• To assess, at their own responsibility, whether the outcome of the Service is suitable for the vehicle's intended use and compliant with applicable regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, software and content on the Platform belong to ATS Mapping or its licensors and may not be used, copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Legal Notice and Limitation of Liability

Important: ECU software and performance modifications may partially or fully void the vehicle's manufacturer warranty and may affect emission values and fuel consumption. Having these procedures performed is entirely at the User's own discretion and responsibility.

ATS Mapping performs its services with due care; however, it cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the vehicle's prior maintenance condition, hardware failures, or incorrect/incomplete information. ATS Mapping's total liability is in any case limited to the fee paid for the relevant service. Mandatory provisions of applicable law remain reserved.

10. Emissions and Traffic Regulations

Software solutions aimed at disabling emission-control systems such as DPF/OPF, EGR and AdBlue may violate applicable environmental and traffic regulations for vehicles used on public roads. Such solutions are intended only for racing/track or closed-area (off-road) use. The vehicle's road-worthiness and inspection obligations are the User's responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

ATS Mapping's failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond the parties' control — such as natural disasters, fire, epidemics, cyberattacks, infrastructure/ communication outages, supply issues and official decisions — shall not be considered a breach of contract.

12. Governing Law and Competent Court

Turkish law governs the interpretation and application of these Terms, regardless of the language version you are reading. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise. For consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved under applicable legislation.

13. Changes

ATS Mapping may update these Terms at any time. The current version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page. Users will be informed of material changes through appropriate means where possible.
